The
OVADIP 150 egg washer is a recent innovative implement. The beauty of the OVADIP
150 lies in its ability to wash a full basket of eggs straight from the hen
house without further handling until the grading and packing stage. It takes
about 5 minutes to wash and rinse a full basket of 150 eggs and the results are
truly remarkable. Users will once again enjoy keeping fowls and selling their
eggs without that daily bore of washing their eggs.
So how does it work? A basket of
eggs is placed in a drum with the air diffuser installed and filled with washing
water to which has been added a little egg sanitizing powder. The blower unit is
attached and switched on and the eggs are washed for about five minutes when
they are removed, rinsed and air-dried. The whole process is very easy. Only a
few minutes is necessary to initially set up the machine and learn how to use
it. After that the daily use of the machine is a very simple matter.
The only moving parts are the 240V electric splash proof blower unit and
the air control valve. The entire machine is guaranteed for 6 month. Everything
that is required to run the OVADIP is supplied with the unit.
